- Austin Farmer's Market - Support local business.
- Dragon's Lair - There are two great gaming stores in Austin, this is one of them.
- Great Hall Games - There are two great gaming stores in Austin, this is one of them.
- The Spice House - Spices and Herbs.
- Tea Embassy - This a high-end tea shop, I won't be getting my tea anywhere else from now on.
- Tears of Joy Hot Sauce Shop - Haven't been yet, but I plan on going.

- Antenociti's Workshop - They have scenery and other stuff, but my favorite part of the site is these diorama miniatures and accessories.

Miscellaneous Software
- dd-wrt - I replaced my router's firmware with dd-wrt and it's much better than what the manufacturer provided.
- OpenDNS - Not really a piece of software, but I prefer it to the default DNS servers.

- All-Ett - After quite a bit of deliberation, I chose this wallet. I really like it.
- Bathsheba Sculpture - I love her work.
- BizChair - I bought my current chair from here. Good selection but next time I may go see the used office furniture store in town.
- Blue Jeans Cable - Don't let Monster rip you off, buy from here instead.
- Book Darts - I picked up a tin of these and now I use them everywhere.
- C.Crane - LED Lights, we're switching away from the old bulbs as they die in our house.
- CoolDrives - USB and Firewire enclosures.
- Hotwire Foam Factory - Foam cutters.
- K&J Magnetics - Very strong magnets.
- Lee Valley Tools - Complete geek version of a hardware store.
- Online Graph Paper - If I need a non-standard grid type or even a regular grid in a specific size, I go here.
- Reynolds Advanced Materials - Good place to go for your molding needs.
- SCOTTEVEST/SeV - Clothing for geeks.
- The Slanket - Best blanket ever.
- Tags for Bags - Personalized tags for travel bags, making them easier to spot in the airport.
- Tom Bihn Designs - Bags for geeks.

- A Quiet Mind - Helps me with stress.

- The TWiT Netcast Network - I listen/watch a least half of the netcasts at TWiT headquarters, I especially love "this WEEK in TECH" and "Security Now."
